Karen has grown a multi 6 figure business year after year for the last 3 years with her tech recruiting company (MinTech Agency). Through building her authority online with Linkedin she was able to land clients like Dollar General, Eventbrite, Indeed, Macy's and more. Karen won the Nashville Black Chamber Rising Star award in 2019 and was a finalist for the 2021 Nashville Next Awards Emerging Entrepreneur and Technology startup of the year. She has since been featured in a local publication, Nashville Business Journal, Nashville Post, and Urbaanite and national publications Essence and Business Insider.
